This charter agreement is legally required by the USCG before any bareboat rental gets underway. You may print it out and bring it with you or you may fill one out in person. If for some reason the weather prohibits the captain from conducting your charter,  you will recieve a full refund.  If you wish  to cancel your charter due to personal reasons there will be a 10% refund charge to pay for our merchant fees.
