We provide bareboat renter's insurance for our guests, so there is no need to purchase a separate policy. Our insurance carrier requires that captains have prior experience operating this specific vessel. To comply with that requirement, we maintain a list of five insurance-approved captains from which you may choose. The approved captain list is available on our website.

The advertised rate of $300 per hour includes:

• Vessel rental: $200 per hour

• Actual fuel cost (averages approximately $50 per hour)

• Captain escrow: $50 per hour

These charges are itemized and fully disclosed during the on-boarding process.

The bareboat charter agreement must be completed prior to departure, and a  copy of the executed agreement must remain aboard the vessel throughout the duration of the charter according to USC regulation . This ensures that all parties have access to the agreement and that it is available for inspection if requested. If for some reason the weather prohibits the captain from conducting your charter,  you will recieve a full refund.  If you wish  to cancel your charter due to personal reasons there will be a 10% refund charge to pay for our merchant fees and preporation costs.
